Normand Expertise was founded in October 2013. The headquarter is located in Paris (17th district).
The firm is registered with “l’Ordre des experts-comptables” of Paris Ile-de-France and with the “Compagnie des commissaires aux comptes” of Paris.

Charles Normand
Managing Partner
Holder of the Chartered accountant diploma.
After making his marks at Cagnat et Associés, and Constantin as an auditor, Charles Normand joined the teams of Constantin Entreprises later merged with those of Deloitte Accounting Services following their acquisition by the latter.
As a Senior Manager and in charge of part of the international team of Deloitte Accounting Services, Charles Normand has developed a profound competency in accompanying foreign businesses: reportings according to the group’s methods, compilation of annual accounts, account management foreign GAAP in French GAAP.
Charles Normand was also registered with the Quebec CPA Order.
